Cola Barbeque Sauce

serves/makes: 1 quart

Ingredients:

12 oz. Coca Cola

1 1/2 cups Ketchup

1 cup finely chopped onion

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

Hot Pepper Sauce (Tobasco) to taste

Directions:

Bring ingredients just to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 to 45 minutes and the sauce thickens.
